Midland General publicity item Midland General publicity item
Midland General of Langley Mill, as part of the Tilling group, was one of the original operators of this type of vehicle. Midland General was absorbed by Trent as a result of an NBC reorganisation in 1977. For examples of express coach services operated by the company, see here. The Midland General RELHs were unique in having opening side windows and a rear destination blind.
