Hints for effective searching
Ensure that the text that you enter in the search boxes does not have empty spaces. The “%” symbol should be used as a wildcard for one or more variable or empty characters – e.g.
Eastern%
will show Eastern Counties and Eastern National. On this page, most entries include the fleet number in the “Owner” column, so it is recommended to always use the % wildcard at both ends – e.g.
%National%
for all Eastern, Southern and Western National vehicles – and National Welsh. To see just the Eastern National vehicles, enter
%eastern%national%
Unfortunately, the data in the “Event date” column is not in a consistent format (and is not available in some cases), so that it is not possible to provide a reliable search facility for this column.
For the “Location” field, you need to use a wildcard symbol before and after the search text – e.g.
%Bournemouth%
